The Trybe

TRYBE is built on community, movement, and care. We offer two signature formats: Cycle and Train. Designed for all fitness levels and led by fully trained, attentive coaches. Our studio is known for its welcoming energy and high standards of cleanliness, ensuring every visit feels comfortable, safe, and elevated.

Meet krista

Krista is the owner and founder of TRYBE, with a deep love for cycling and a passion for coaching that’s been going strong since 2019. A certified, highly knowledgeable coach and a full-time working mom, she perfectly balances hype and technique while teaching both cycle and strength. With high energy electronic and hip hop playlists that turn every class into a vibe, expect powerful coaching, great music, and a workout that flies by.

Meet Kaylie

Kaylie is a Colorado native with over a decade of experience as an ACSM-certified personal trainer, an IFBB Pro, and a B.S. in Nutrition. She started as a TRYBE rider and turned her passion for cycling into coaching, bringing powerhouse energy, expert coaching, and rock-meets-EDM playlists with heavy bass that push you to your limits and keep you coming back for more.

Meet Phoenix

Phoenix is TRYBE’s lead cycle coach and has been part of the family since day one. A mother, educator, NASM Group Training Specialist, and certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, she blends her passion for dance and music into every ride—creating intentional, story-driven classes that feel like a journey. Expect themed rides, powerful moments, and an experience that’s never the same twice.

Meet Rodolfo

Rodolfo is pure fun on a bike. What started as a love for riding quickly turned into an obsession and now he brings that energy to the podium as a coach whose classes feel like a full-on party. With a big heart, infectious vibe, pop-culture hits, and a Latin flair that makes you want to dance, every ride with Rodolfo is high-energy, joyful, and unforgettable.

Meet Rebeca

Rebeca is a personal trainer and group fitness enthusiast who fell in love with both the bike and the mat after starting as a rider. She’s traveled the world earning group fitness certifications, and her deep knowledge is matched by her genuinely sweet, welcoming energy. Bilingual and full of heart, her classes flow seamlessly between languages with playlists that reflect the same vibrant, feel good mix.

Meet Bri

Bri is a Massachusetts native who instantly became part of the TRYBE family. A former competitive softball player who played through college, she transitioned into coaching where her passion for fitness truly took off. Lagree-certified, a full-time fitness coach, and a supermom, Bri brings strong athletic energy, heart, and nostalgic, feel good playlists that make every class challenging, fun, and uplifting.

Meet Armando

Armando has been an avid cyclist for years, with hundreds of rides under his belt across Texas and California. He has a love for the bike that’s truly unmatched. Cycling sparked his entire fitness journey and led him to coaching Lagree and Trybe Train, bringing serious intensity and passion to every class. Expect hip hop heavy playlists, pop moments, and occasionally explicit tracks that push you to dig deep, work harder, and leave feeling accomplished.

Meet Chuy

Chuy is a highly experienced cyclist originally from southern Mexico who came to TRYBE for a ride and instantly became family. Also a pádel coach, he’s known as the king of choreography—designing creative, challenging classes that will surprise you with what your body is capable of. With diverse, unexpected playlists and a love for pushing limits, every ride with Chuy is dynamic, fun, and full of wow moments.

Meet Carolina, one of our TRYBE Train coaches

Carolina specializes in both group fitness and personal training and brings years of coaching experience to every class. She’s highly knowledgeable in anatomy and excels at offering clear modifications, so everyone feels supported and confident. With a warm, friendly, and encouraging presence, Carolina guides you every step of the way—making every workout feel like you’re being coached by a trusted friend.

Nelda has been coaching since 2011 and is also a certified personal trainer, so you can feel confident knowing you’re in knowledgeable, experienced hands. With an extensive background in group fitness, she knows how to create classes that are effective, engaging, and genuinely fun. Always smiling and ready to support you, Nelda brings positive energy and expert guidance to every workout.
